Where: Avalon Wildflower Park near the Red Brick Building, Morland Road, Glastonbury, BA6 9FTWhat: This FREE COURSE will take a look at the fascinating world of fungi and how to cultivate them.We will learn the basics of how to:
• Understand the basic biology and ecology of fungi, and their potential uses
• Identify a few key species for cultivation and ways to cultivate them outside
• Understand how to inoculate straw and BRF cakes

On the course, we will inoculate mushroom logs & make mushroom beds at the new community growing project – Avalon Wildflower Park.
