As part of our series of workshops in The Red Brick Community Garden, Elle Tipping will be introducing her Eat for Health programme.
Elle teaches her programme over 6 weeks, covering different areas of nutrition plus how we have been programmed by the western food system to eat what we do. For us she will be reducing it to a two hour workshop in an engaging and interesting way.
In her own words “So many of us are struggling with our mental health. So many of us are trapped in cycles of unhealthy food that makes us feel depressed, low energy, stressed and unhappy with our bodies… working with people like you share tools for understanding your body and mind to create a nourished life in a simple, enjoyable and empowered way.”
Elle brings together elements from all of her training including nutrition & her masters degree in Public Health complemented by her skills as a Master Practitioner of NLP and a qualified teacher.
Joining her on the day will be vegan chef Amber of thelittleacrekitchen.com who cooks nutritious delicious vegan dishes for retreats and events. Amber will be demonstrating how to cook dishes using seasonal veggies to compliment Elle’s words.
