    28 Day Hormone Reset Programme

    Why: Are you struggling to lose weight, suffer from premenstrual syndrome, endometriosis, PCOS?

    Are you trying to conceive, experiencing problems with peri-menopause or menopause?

    or just tired all the time and struggling to sleep?

    What: The aim of this programme is to provide the tools and understanding you need to help reset your hormones and will include:

    A 28 day eating plan, with recipe support 

    Personalised suggested supplement support

    Detailed information about what  different hormones do and how they interact 

    Handouts and ongoing support throughout the programme

    Each week we will be creating a meal from the recipe guide and sharing a lunch together.

    When: 4 x 2 hour sessions February 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th Tuesdays 11am-1pm

    Cost: £12.50 a week for 4 weeks – £45.00 if paid in full at the start – A deposit will be required
