You will taste and learn how to make the classics- Sauerkraut and Kimchi.
Enjoy ferments from around the globe, try new flavours and recipes.
Take delicious things home with you, included in the price will be what you have made on the day.
It is the perfect time to use up the winter greens!
Recipes and handouts will be provided.
Please bring a lunch to share.
Where: The course is taking place at Sustainable Life Designs in Glastonbury, a homely teaching workshop and community kitchen.
Who: The course is being run by Julia Bedford. A vegan chef and artist the has been teaching fermentation classes for over 4 years having helped spread the word of kraut and kimchi!
