    Learn to make a sour-dough starter of your own

    Make Sauerkraut and other delights, incorporating spring time vegetables!

    Enjoy other not so well known ferments from around the globe.

    Take delicious things home with you.

    Please bring any unused veggies lurking in fridges or kitchen cupboards.

     

    Cost: £10-£30 sliding scale depending on financial circumstances
