    What: New Feed Avalon member Elle Tipping will be joining us to share an introduction to her ‘Eat for Health’ programme. “Eat For Health is empowering informed choice to remove confusion of what to eat and guiding exploration of our Food Talk to take control of the inner-world so we can decide what and when to eat. ” There will be discussion and tasty recipes made over the workshop. She will be joined by vegan chef Amber Gilbert of Little Acre Kitchen. www.thelittleacrekitchen.com

    Who: Elle is a new member to the Feed Avalon team, to find out more about her see ‘Who we are’ page. Amber Gilbert is a vegan chef and founder of The Little Acre Kitchen her mission is “to bring together cooking and ecological food growing, to show people that eating well can be colourful, inviting, full of flavour and make you feel really good, all with care for the earth in mind”

    Where: Taking place at The Red Brick Community Garden.

    When: Tuesday 21st September at 1-3pm.

    Fee: The courses are free for anyone to attend
