The Red Brick Community Garden
What: Harvest time is a time of abundance and plenty. You could work through many different tea time recipes for marrow or you could do a big batch cooking of a chutney or pickle! We will showing you a few different ways of preserving and fermenting your gluts including chutneys and krauts.
Who: Feed Avalon members Michelle Darnell-Roberts and Julia Bedford will be teaching this course.
Michelle Darnell-Roberts is a passionate gardener and community chef. She is the primary grower at Brooke End, the permaculture demonstration site used by Feed Avalon for courses and workshops.
Where: Taking place at The Red Brick Community Garden.
When: Tuesday 28th September at 1-3pm.
Fee: The courses are free for anyone to attend
