The Red Brick Community Garden
What: Working with plants from the garden or foraged, we will be transforming them into nourishing, soothing relieving creams and balms.
Who: Feed Avalon member Julia Bedford will be teaching this workshop.
Julia Bedford is a cook, artist and local food activist. She is currently studying to become a Herbalist with Heartwood.
Where: Taking place at The Red Brick Community Garden.
When: Tuesday 5th October at 1-3pm.
Fee: The courses are free for anyone to attend
