What: Come and join us for a hands on two hour workshop. We will introduce you to pickling with brine, making chutney and lacto fermentation. You will sample tasty foods and take some away too.
When: Sunday 23rd October 11-1
Where: People’s Kitchen, Brides Yard

How: There are 15 places for the course, though it is free to attend we ask you to book.
The course workshop is for all ages, though some subjects may be orientated to an older learner.
