Coming up in April and May will be the chance to learn all things fermentation. In a new series of workshops ‘Skills To Be Remembered’, fermentation will be happening first. These will be taking place during the week in school time hours in response to those who have childcare responsibilities and could not make the last fermentation courses. Booking in advance is preferable yet we will accept drop ins.
