    Be introduced to the wonderful world of Korean vegetable cookery in this one-day course.

    When: Saturday 10th February 2018, 11 – 5pm

    What: On this course you’ll be introduced to the wonderful world of Korean vegetable cookery, from sticky rice to namul side dishes to the fermented spicy staple kimchi. We’ll cook (and then eat) the rice dish Bibimbap together, and make some cabbage kimchi to take home.

    Where: Unit C1 Thriveability Hub, Northover Buildings, Glastonbury, BA6 9NU

    About the Tutor: Isy Schulz is a quali ed nutritionist (BSc Human Nutrition) with a catering and community food organising background. Trained as a ‘Well Now’ health facilitator and co-author of the cookbook ‘Another Dinner is Possible’.
